ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Global Support Coordinator will support the three teams of the Global Support Services department: Human Resources, Information Technology, and Global Support. In this role, you will also support the Chief Finance & Administrative Officer and the Greenwood Village office. You will assist with coordinating activities, running reports and data entry for several processes including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, recognition, and training.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Human Resources (Talent Management)
• Maintain HRIS global data validation and entry and employee files for document retention and accuracy
• Maintain organization charts and keep them current
• Support recruiting process by posting jobs, scheduling interviews, responding to Careers inbox emails and candidates, running background checks, reference checks etc.
• Support global recognition program
• Support JEDI initiatives and US Transformation Committee
• Maintain records and run reports as requested from various Talent Management systems, including HRIS, performance, training, survey, wellness and benefit providers
• Assist with data submission into salary market tools
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding team members
• Assist with payroll process
• Assist with annual and mid-year review process
Information Technology
• Audit storage usage and maintain and audit licenses and user accounts (MS 365, Active Directory, Software)
• Run reports from ticketing system and create reports for country programs that summarize issues and trends
• Run reports from IT system to keep on top of old equipment, decommissioning and lifecycle management
• Help with ordering, receiving and inventory.
• Monthly check of SharePoint to make sure information is accurate and that we have no broken links
Global Office Support Services:
• Help manage and reply to the Water For People email info box, answer/direct calls to main phone line, as needed.
• Assist with policy formatting and coordinating translations
• Assist with coordinating monthly in-office lunches, organizational meetings and recognition events for all employees
• Support maintenance and cleanliness of office while in-person, water plants, receive/send mail, notify Facilities Manager of any service or janitorial issues
• Participate on in-office safety team, receive CPR and other safety related trainings
• Run reports out of Ethicspoint
YOU WILL EXCEL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE
• Two years of human resource related experience or two years related coursework in Accounting / Finance / HR / Business
• Advanced proficiency in Office 365 suite including Excel
• Must use a high level of discretion in problem solving and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
• Flexible and able to multi-task, take on new responsibilities and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to remain nimble , take initiative and work independently
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
• Two years of accounting, payroll or bookkeeping experience is preferred
• Spanish verbal and writing skills

MORE ABOUT THIS ROLE
• Ability to work in an open office environment. This position is based at the Water For People Headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado
• Work in the office one to two days a week and attend and support meetings in the Colorado office as required
• Ability to work outside regular business hours to meet with team members located in other time zones
• This position has the flexibility to work remotely when in-office days or office meeting attendance is not required
