The Senior Director of Principal Giving position is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week, with the expectation to travel locally and statewide, as needed.

Salary: The anticipated salary for this role is $150,000 – $170,000 depending on experience.

About the Role:

The Senior Director of Principal Giving reports directly to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Development, Principal Gifts. The incumbent will manage the principal giving fundraising strategy efforts, maintain a principal giving portfolio, and support foundation fundraising efforts. The Senior Director of Principal Giving identifies, cultivates, maintains relationships, and supports strategy efforts of key principal gift donors. In addition, the Senior Director of Principal Giving supports foundation fundraising efforts through assistance with strategy and grant-writing efforts. Please Note: This is a three-year, renewable contract position which includes the same employee benefits afforded career employees.

 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
8 – 13 years of related experience
