Another Source’s client, UC Riverside, is recruiting a Senior Director of Development for UCR’s School of Business in Riverside, CA. The Assistant Dean of Development position is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days per week, with the expectation to travel locally and statewide, as needed.

About the Role:
The Sr. Director of Development is the Chief Advancement Officer for the UC Riverside School of Business. The Sr. DOD will develop and execute long- and short-term strategies to grow the School of Businesses philanthropic pipeline and secure annual and major gifts that will benefit endowments, research programs, and student success. The Sr. DOD will identify and manage approximately 150 individual donors and will travel locally and statewide frequently for qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship purposes. The Sr. DOD will arrange appropriate opportunities for key faculty and academic leadership to meet with prospective donors and will work collaboratively with other University Advancement colleagues to achieve fundraising goals.
The anticipated salary for this role is $125,000 – $145,000 depending on experience.
