About the Job:
The Operations Coordinator coordinates and executes production operations of New Moms’ social enterprise, Bright Endeavors. This position works closely with the Operations Manager to maintain manufacturing operations, and with Training and Production Specialists to ensure daily and weekly production and quality goals are met. The Operations Coordinator works collaboratively and efficiently with the program team to maintain and model program fidelity. This position will champion all New Moms values including our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, in both strategic planning and performance. This position is located at Bright Endeavors in the East Garfield Park neighborhood.
