Grants Manager

EMPath operates on a 36 hour, 4-day work week. This position requires 2 days in our Seaport office  and 2 days remote.

EMPath is a national non-profit that dramatically improves the lives of people struggling to make ends meet. Because creating economic opportunity is multifaceted, our approach is too. We offer a unique combination of direct service, learning exchange, and research and advocacy for what works. This “virtuous circle” allows each part of our work to inform what we know, do, and share with others to seed systemic change.   EMPath is led by former Mayor of Boston Kim Janey, who was the first woman and first person of color to lead the city. Janey is a former program participant of EMPath, having utilized the organization’s teen parent program decades ago.
