We are looking for a volunteer from Ukraine or Ukrainians who are temporarily staying in Germany to join our team for one year within European Solidarity Corps (former EVS). The planned date of start is February 2023. Deadline for applications: 07.12.2022, 23:59 Berlin time (GMT +1).
Who we are
CRISP is a Berlin-based NGO dealing with conflict transformation and political participation. We contribute to peaceful conflict transformation by facilitating workshops and seminars as well as implementing short- and long-term projects. In this process, our guiding principle is to adjust our projects to local needs. Our activities are targeting mainly young civil society activists interested in experience-based learning. With the use of simulation games CRISP aims for a self-organizing, holistic, and highly hands-on learning culture. For more information visit our homepage.
Key information
Duration: 12 months
Beginning of Service: 01.02.2023
End of Service: 31.01.2024
Working Hours: 35h/week
Compensation: 850 EUR per month: the rent and transportation are to be paid from this sum. CRISP can help searching for the accommodation after agreement with the volunteer
Tasks
Assisting the team in administrative work
Assisting in project-related work (research, preparation, evaluation)
Assisting in developing and conducting project-related simulation games Assisting in social media and PR Tasks

Required skills
Motivation to work in the civil society sector
Motivation to work in intercultural contexts
Very good English skills
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Residency in Ukraine (or Ukrainian refugees temporarily staying in Germany)
Requested but not obligatory
Established contacts to civil society and educational sector in Ukraine Experience in conducting trainings in the sector of non-formal education
