Full-Time Development Associate (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Undertake planning and coordination of development events, including annual gala dinners and donor cultivation events
• Coordinate direct mail campaigns
• Generate and track donor recognition activities, including gift acknowledgement letters and inclusion of donors in all appropriate materials, websites, and annual reports
• Help maintain development records and ensure regular upkeep of prospect and donor information; maintain donor and contribution tracking systems
• Help maintain and update online donation and event management platforms
• Help manage donor invoicing and pledge redemption
• Assist in preparing and distributing annual reports, email updates, and other donor communications materials
• Support Board and Fundraising Committee meetings, such as preparing fundraising progress reports
• Conduct prospect research: help identify individual, corporate, and foundation prospects on an ongoing basis; draft briefings for prospect meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Social Services, or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong research skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
