Role Description:

CFL Youth Pickleball is seeking a candidate for our Board. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about using their expertise, experience, and networks to help the organization grow and advance our goal of providing youth sports to underserved populations.

The Board provides leadership, development support, and strategic governance, but does not assume day-to-day operational responsibilities. Board member responsibilities may include:

Development & Fundraising

·       Making introductions and opening doors to various networks.

·       Acting as an ambassador for CFL Youth Pickleball’s mission and goals.

·       Add your board membership to your LinkedIn profile.

Leadership, Governance, & Oversight

·       Providing strategic guidance and professional expertise.

·       Reviewing agenda and supporting materials prior to board and committee meetings.
