OPPORTUNITY

Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work alongside a busy entrepreneur and team and become an important part of a fast-growing team. This person will be expected to perform a variety of tasks, help keep long term projects on track, and handle more urgent requirements. An ideal candidate is responsive, thoughtful, self-directed, positive, and seeking a challenging role. Daytime/workweek hours required for majority of tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO and business development team, you will provide administrative support at the highest level. Organization, multi-tasking, and a good attitude are essential to the role. When this role is performed well, it will function in a clean, efficient, and thoughtful manner, enabling us to have greater and greater impact via serving our social impact clientele with excellence.

Duties include, but not limited to:

Scheduling for CEO

Schedule client-facing meetings with multiple team members

Assist with job posting and hiring-related filing

Assist with Google Drive file maintenance

Collaborate with contractors to maintain website, ability to do simple website updates a plus.

Project manage outside vendors or external contacts as needed

Clean AI transcription from client engagement and messaging calls

Creation and sharing of Black Fox Philanthropy weekly newsletter

Trello management

Client onboarding including contract and invoice creation

Outreach marketing and contact list management

Other business development tasks as assigned

Other duties to assist CEO as assigned

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to positively interact with clients and staff at all levels and always in line with the Black Fox Code.

COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a 15-20 hours/week, remote, contractor role with potential to move to an employee role with increased hours and responsibilities. Compensation is $25 an hour. There may be opportunities to increase hours or, eventually, transition to a full-time position.
