Outline of the YNPN Leader’s Conference
The National Leaders Conference is a the central learning opportunity for you as chapter leaders in the network. This event is held annually and hosted by a local YNPN chapter.
The two days of the conference provide the opportunity to connect with and learn from other chapters- a helpful way to start building professional contacts around the country. As you continue your work as local board members, the friendships you build through annual attendance at the conference prove invaluable.
Day one:
Personal/professional development and sector-wide issues- with many members of the host chapter in attendance.
Day two:
You will gather with other chapter leaders from around the country to share your best practices, ideas, and creative solutions.
