Announcing the Host Chapter of the 2012 YNPN National Leaders Conference
SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
YNPN is going home! Fifteen years after the founding of the first chapter, our national network will return to San Francisco, home of our first chapter, to celebrate August 3 – 5, 2012. Our conference will be held in conjunction with CompassPoint’s Nonprofit Day.
Conference Update Call:
Please join us for an all-chapter call on March 1 at 5pmPT/6pmMT/7pmCT/8pmET. We will discuss how to submit your chapter’s proposal to lead a session at the conference and answer questions your chapter may have about the conference. We will also open the application window for chapters who wish to host our annual gathering in 2013. This call is only open to chapter leaders. An invitation was shared with the leaders listserv. Calling conference committee volunteers:
Use your skills to make the 2012 Leaders Conference a fantastic experience for all chapters. Current committees include Programming, Outreach and Fundraising. Our next committee conference call will take place on Monday, March 5 at 6pmPT/7pmMT/8pmCT/9pmET. Reminder for chapter leaders:
- Update your 2012 budgets to include travel and lodging expenses. The national board and planning committee are committed to bringing as many chapter leaders as possible to San Francisco by reducing expenses and providing resources for chapter fundraising.
