YNPN is a network of 30 chapters, engaging more than 40,000 nonprofit leaders throughout the country.  From career advising to development training, YNPN mobilizes the next generation of nonprofit leaders to make lasting change in their communities and worldwide.

The YNPN National Leaders Conference is designed to provide a space for training, general leadership development, and network-wide decision making each year for YNPN chapter leaders from across the country.  The Leaders Conference also provides an opportunity to bring national level leadership development opportunities to emerging nonprofit leaders in the local community.  

The theme for the 2013 YNPN Leaders Conference in Phoenix is “21st Century Leaders for the Common Good”. Our purpose is to provide YNPN chapter leaders and Metro Phoenix young nonprofit professionals the cutting-edge practices and meaningful networking opportunities necessary to lead their communities towards increasing the common good, and to promote the impact of YNPN as a pipeline for 21st Century leadership.
